We are an online art concierge service independent of art dealers and auction houses. This gives us the opportunity to provide you with an unbiased approach to the art market. Our vast catalog of high-quality art has been selected using a combination of technology and traditional expertise. Besides our online store we also offer a renting service enabling our customers to enjoy top-notch art for a specific time and rotate art pieces whenever they feel like it.
We select our artists ourselves, and they choose the works they want to sell. Our selection criteria are very strict as we accept less than 2% of the speculative submissions we receive. Normally, we reach out to the artists we discover during art fairs and exhibitions around the world.
Every piece on sale at Salonou comes with the Certificate of Authenticity, and is an original work of art. We do not offer prints or anything alike.

Yes, we deliver the artworks anywhere in the world free of charge.
The images are accurate depictions of the artworks on offer, but they have no contract value.
If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, we are terribly sorry. You have 14 days to return the piece after its delivery.
You can choose from a variety of payment methods. We accept all popular credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa and American Express, Discover, JCB as well as Paypal.
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination. We deliver worldwide.
You have 14 days since the delivery of the work to decide if you want to return it. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to us. In the case of returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work.

Depending on the destination, size and fragility of the artwork we use different delivery companies including DHL, UPS as well as specialized art delivery companies.
An order confirmation is sent automatically after the purchase of an artwork. In case you did not receive a confirmation please feel free to contact us directly. We are here for you.
We ship each artwork with a Certificate of Authenticity, which is signed by the artist, to guarantee you are collecting an authentic work of art. The certificate includes the title, dimension, materials, and further details of the artwork. Please hold on to your certificate of authenticity since it will help you in the future to prove the value of your art piece.
